Hopefully not. We applied for a grant through our county before we left and we found out yesterday that they need a copy of the relinquishment document from Cam's bio mother. We mentioned it to our coordinator, Natasha, and she was able to help us out. Nastia translated it this afternoon and Buffy re-typed it for her here at the cafe. Tomorrow we'll make our first international fax - wish us luck!! The cool thing about the relinquishment form is that now we have some additional info about her, though it wasn't much. Regardless, we'll have some info we can share with him some day.
We did the usual... Baby House, lunch, Baby House. It was pretty quiet this afternoon because the other families (except our travel partners) had court today so they were off TCOB. Things went well for all of them and they will all get custody of their children during the 15 day waiting period (which will start tomorrow). Hopefully, that's a good sign for things to come!We suspect that an AC Adapter is en route (or will be soon - Thanks, Mom!) - and some peanut butter may be headed our way too. We look forward to it! The internet cafe has been pretty nice actually. We never lose the connection and it seems to work fairly quickly.
More tomorrow!

Buff, Brent, and Cam: Perhaps the blog is a better place to communicate than through attachments. I do want to tell you how much I enjoy reading your daily updates. They are a great combination of family news and social commentary. I am also learning how to mend screens, cure diaper rash and to use cooking oils creatively. I think you can tell from the comments how interested so many people are in your family's progress. And I guess that is the important word here, family. You guys are certainly in the process of forming a strong one. Love to all, "uncle" dick.
